We recommend a chocolate craft paper (with texture if you can find it) and a coordinating ribbon. I believe we used DCWV (Die Cuts With View) Espresso from the craft store and thin twine. Simply trace and cut out the design; then tie your ribbon around your napkin and hang your monkey by the tail.
