		<description>I made this cake for my sister&#039;s 50th birthday. It turned out absolutely beautiful. But, I froze the cake thinking it would travel better on the four hour trip I had to make to get to the party. I packed the cake tight with towels and ice bags around the outside of my tupperware cake holder that the cake was in. Within 2-1/2 to 3 hours after I got to the party and the cake sat at room temperature, the cake totally self destructed. The frosting fell off and the layers separated. The tootsie roll letter on the front ran as the cake thawed. It was a total disaster. I guess I should not have frozen it.</description>

This is amazingly creative and SO cute!  I do have one piece of advice for anyone planing on using this recipe.  I recently learned that to get a really smooth frosted look, first frost a thin coat of frosting on the cake then freeze the cake for 45 minutes. Then, frost the cake nicely (use a hot butter knife and clean it with hot water each time you go to frost) This prevents crumbs from showing in your frosting and it gives the cake a great smooth finish.  I know this is basic info for regular cake decorators but I just thought I&#039;d share!
