easy Easter brunch appetizer

I’ve been writing away for Kellogg’s Snackpicks.com and my latest article, for Easter, went live today!

I’m gathering up all my recipes for our family Easter celebration. You know me, I have tons of “sweet” ideas, but I needed a simple appetizer idea for brunch. Here’s what I came up with: Sun-dried Tomato and Feta Cheese Topper with Italian Herb Flatbread Crisps.

My husband ate every bite left over from the shoot! I guess I don’t need to worry that my recipe won’t be a hit! {wink}
