If you’ve not noticed, I like to bake. {grin} So with St. Patrick’s Day coming and an art party to plan for, I decided to make some rainbow cupcakes!
Aren’t they pretty!
The first thing I did was grab all my gel food coloring and tint my batter. After the cupcakes cooled I used the same gel icing to tint white frosting.
Top each cupcake with a sixlet, use crepe paper streamers for your rainbow and make sure your creative cupcakes end at a gumball cloud! Or, for St. Patrick’s Day, your rainbow might end at a pot of gold, like Rolos!
As always, I hope you’re inspired to craft, bake, create and celebrate!
