new dinosaur party printables

My son’s dino-ROAR birthday party was a year-and-a-half ago and continues to be a customer favorite (see full collection), so I decided to create a few more printable items and give you the ability to personalize some that already exist! Starting Monday you can purchase personalized dinosaur cupcake toppers,

personalized dinosaur beverage wrappers, cello toppers, and

this fun “Drinkasaurus” mat! A perfect complement for my carnivore, herbivore and sweetivore mats. (These still make me smile.)

There are many more personalized printables to come! If there is a collection you’re interested in and you don’t see personalization yet, just shoot us an e-mail at customercare@celebrationshoppe.com and we may be able to speed up the process.

As always, I hope you’re inspired to craft, bake and create!

say “trick or treat?!”

I can’t tell you how often I’m the one saying “Trick or Treat” when we go out on Halloween. My kids often just turn on the shy smile and say nothing until the candy is in the bag and they joyfully scream “Thank You!” as they run away. I guess if I can only get them to say one or the other I would prefer they be polite. That said, I’m strongly considering making them carry my Halloween photo props (from our Trick or Treat collection) around with them!

It’s cute and it keeps me from having to “Trick or Treat” for them. {wink}

Happy Monday everyone!

art party placecard cookies, creative juice & more

I love the idea of sitting down to a party with a little treat already at arms length, because let’s face it, young or old, it’s difficult to be so close to so many treats and wait. {wink} So for our recent art party collection I worked with my cookie partners at Sweet Tooth Cottage to create these beautiful frame placecard cookies , the same frames from the printable collection printed on sugar paper and personalized.

For the mini easels, we picked them up at JoAnns Fabric and Craft Stores for less than a $1 and spray painted them white. The cookies fit perfectly and the kids were giddy.

To the right of the placesetting each guest had their own bottle of creative juice (part of our printable collection). A little something to get them going before working on their cupcake art for the gallery!

And I have to admit that I’m just in love with our new polka dot, stripes and check plates and napkins. The colors and patterns offer so many possibilities and work perfectly with our art party napkin rings.

new space birthday collection!

I’m super excited about our newest birthday party collection. As anyone who visits even occasionally can tell you, I have a budding scientist on my hands (his science birthday party and the collection) and his latest love of the sciences has everything to do with space. I’m not sure if this will be the theme he settles on for his seventh birthday party in the fall, but he’s loving it for now!

The custom invitation and thank you notes are already in the shoppe and we’re styling the printables and table decor now with some fun treat and craft ideas. The printables will include our normal beverage wrappers to dessert tags and we’ve thrown in a few new ones like astronaut patches and gable box favor labels.

Visit us here, on facebook and on twitter over the next several days for updates on the photo shoot, crafts and yummy treat ideas. And as always, I hope you’re inspired!
