1. Finely crush all but about five cookies (including the cream center) in a food processor.
2. Add the cream cheese and use the back of a large spoon to help combine the two together.
3. Roll the mixture into one inch balls and place them on wax paper
4. Melt the candy coating as directed on the package.
5. Using a spoon, dip the balls into the candy coating, tap off the extra chocolate and place onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet to dry.
6. Refrigerate and enjoy!
