Later today our new “rock star” printable collection will be live in the shoppe and I have to admit I will most likely personally use this collection for the boys when they get a little older (this year they’ve already decided, a prehistoric dinosaur dig for my youngest and a science experiment party, yet to be developed, for my oldest).

Building on our original Rock Star collection, we chose Mediterranean blue, black and red as the table decor and favor color palette. Plus, we added two new patterns: stripes and animal print.

These cello toppers are probably my favorite in the collection. I chose red sour balls for the shoot, but you could give jaw breakers, gum balls, rock candy, stickers, tattoos, iTune gift cards… the possibilities are endless.

And due to a very popular request, we decided to create a new printable component for this collection, a 8×10 picture frame matte. Perfect for a candy table or gift table to show off your little rock star. (Note: We’re hoping to be able to add the foam guitar shown in this picture, as well as the blue stars found in other pictures, to the collection in a few weeks.)

We also created a rockin’ napkin ring,

multiple straw slip patterns. This is our stripe slip shown with the star shatterproof cup, and

this is our animal print straw slip shown with our stripe shatterproof cup. Both will be available in the shoppe. There is also a “rock on!” with music notes slip and a stars and dots slip, just like the cupcake wrapper pattern in the following image.

We designed this cupcake set first and

then decided we just had to create a stripe version with the silhouette as well, so you’ll get both designs for the price of one when you buy our cupcake printables.

And if you want to create a fabulous candy table, we designed candy labels for rock candy, cookies, gumballs, jaw breakers, chocolate, jelly beans, popcorn and pop rings. Or, if you prefer to select your own goodies, overlay print your own ideas on our blank labels (guitar silohette is reversed to white). The two are sold as a set so another two-for-one.

Here are a few of the other candy labels,

and the cookie label.

We also have the cookie cutters for music notes and

guitars, which are both perfect for edible placecards. {wink}

We even created a “ROCK ON!” banner with a black guitar silhouette spacer. This entire project was so much fun!

And last, but not least, I had to share these blueberry candy canes that we found at Cracker Barrel (good resource for vintage candy) with you. My boys could hardly wait for the shoot to be over so they could try one. I do warn you… they are blue… very blue… as in blue lips, blue face, blue tongue… but they loved them and I’m sure your guests would too.
As always, I hope you’re inspired for your next celebration! {oh! And fan us on facebook for regular updates on what we’re working on. Luau, with a mod twist, is next!}
